Yellow Spade Tail Male
Imported from Franks Bettas. His personality is somewhat reserved and wasn't the easiest to breed. He lived 3 years.
Yellow Fancy koi HMPK
This girl is from a local importer. She has gorgeous form and colors. She has kept her nemo colors as she aged. However, after breeding she developed some bumps. I am keeping an eye on her but they don't seem to bother her.
Goals
This is my second time pairing this male, who previously made some gorgeous bettas, so I am assuming I'll get more excellent form bettas! The female has some nice reds and yellows, and slightly pink colors.

We are finally marbling!!!! Some of them had recently turned quite dark but are now losing their color. They are all in an awkward phase so I am excited to see what they'll look like in the next few weeks. I'm seeing all sorts of colors for these guys, cello, blue, reds, and blacks.
Growth on these guys have been middle of the road. Not my fastest growers, not my slowest, I'll only be considering the larger bettas from this spawn for the next generation to hopefully help with that.
Form looks quite nice for most of them so far!

The fry have been moved to my 100g pond filled with lots of live plants and guppies. I am hoping that will boost their growth a bit as they are a lot slower growing then I would like. I am seeing lots of reds in every fry so far!
