Hybrid 10

This pairing is very exciting for me!  The female comes from my Hybrid 04 spawn with my original yellow spadetail splenden. I am assuming that pairing her back to another spadetail splenden will produce stronger tail points and more "wild" color bettas.  In my past spawns between hybrid koi x wild have produced much stronger koi types then expected, so I am hopeful I'll get a few out of this group that I can pair with other hyrid Koi Spade Tails.

I am hoping for refined tails, marble, great form bettas!

4.5 Months Update

I am seeing yellow, red, and marble already!  They are a bit on the smaller side, I think there are too many guppies in the pond with them so I'm moving them to a smaller pond with less fish for better food distribution.  

2 Months Update 

I am seeing yellow, red, and marble already!  They are a bit on the smaller side, but I've moved them to the 100 gallon pond to help with that.
